چکیده
Soils are obviously inconstant and their properties changing across land use types. Essential soil physico-chemical assets impact the performance of and, therefore, information on property is important. The objective study was to determine effects different systems in Wolaita zone, southern Ethiopia. Soil samples were collected from three uses, enset ( Ensete ventricosum ), tef Eragrostis (Zucc.) Trotter) grass lands. Each replicated times composite sample taken. All significantly determined using appropriate methods. pH, electrical conductivity, total nitrogen, texture, organic matter phosphate experimentally them. Changes dissimilar usage forms at two pits (0–15 15–30 cm) detected various signifiant crop growth. Enset filds had higher pH (5.80), conductivity (EC (0.14 ds/m)), available P (35.25%) Zn (8.64 mg/kg), exchangeable K (3.12 Cmol(+Kg) which ascribed due input dung, while fields lowest average (1.38 cmol (+kg) Mg (1.89 cmol(+kg), cation exchange capacity (CEC (20.21 cmol(+kg)), N (0.13%) OC (1.76%). Most region influenced by uses. evidence derived current will support mounting maintainable environmentally constant management strategies for region. Consequently, supplementary comprehensive studies that include characterization field experiment nutrient requirement should be conducted test effect terms sustainable land.

effects of land use changes on some soil chemical properties in khoy, west azerbaijan province
introduction: intensified agriculture over a long-term is an important factor in soil change phenomena that can cause some unwanted effects on soil properties. to examine this hypothesis, chemical properties of the soils under sunflower cultivation over five decades and adjoining virgin lands were investigated in order to monitor changes caused by long-term cropping. the studied soils are influ...
متن کاملLand-use types and soil chemical properties influence soil microbial communities in the semiarid Loess Plateau region in China
Similar land-use types usually have similar soil properties, and, most likely, similar microbial communities. Here, we assessed whether land-use types or soil chemical properties are the primary drivers of soil microbial community composition, and how changes in one part of the ecosystem affect another. We applied Ion Torrent sequencing to the bacterial and fungal communities of five different ...

Abstract In this paper, Qeera wastewater containing stream, found in Bakkee-Jamaa district of Nekemte town, was assessed for selected metals and physico-chemical properties. The metals were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS). Additional water samples collected from Dangi spring water, which is found about 10 km far away from the town, and Chalalaqi waste water ...

The pasture and forest land use change to agricultural use can effect on many properties of the soil and its productivity. The present research aims to investigate various forms of K (soluble, exchangeable, non-exchangeable, and structural forms) and some soil properties in different land use of three areas including Choram, Kakan and Bahmaei in Kohgiluyeh and Buyer-Ahmad Province. Four profile...
